This Steptember, I'm swapping a few extra hours sitting for a
few more kilometres on my feet. Those of you who know me know I need it, and that I also love to support community.
Steptember 2026 supports babies and
children with cerebral palsy and their families, helping them access vital
therapy and support during the first 1,000 days of life. The support
provided can make a genuine difference to a child's independence, confidence
and future.
