I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
Hi! I’m stepping up for a month-long mood boost and taking on 10k steps a day. But I really need your help! 1/700 children are born with Cerebral Palsy in Australia. Early diagnostics and interventions are crucial to provide the children and families with the support required for development.
My beautiful granddaughter Jordie was born 6 weeks early and suffered oxygen deprivation. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 18 months this started the journey of early interventions. Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy etc. All which have enabled Jordie to progress and meet her milestones. Jordie is now 7 years of age and attending mainstream school. We will have additional challenges and interventions on this journey including surgeries, but the early diagnosis and interventions have provided Jordie with access to a "normal" (best life) childhood. We are fortunate to be located close to services and have health practitioners in our family. Many families in different situations including remote and rural locations are not as fortunate. I am stepping out for them. Join me and sponsor / donate to give hope to these families for a "normal" (best life) for their children. Great things happen with HOPE and LOVE!
Please donate now to my Steptember fundraiser.
You’ll give me a much-needed motivation boost, plus you’ll feel great knowing that your gift is helping ensure more babies receive critical cerebral palsy therapy and support in their first 1,000 days of life.
Please support me this Steptember.
It will mean so much to me, and to the children and babies who will grow up with a greater sense of independence.
Donate now for an instant mood boost! Thank you!
