I’m stepping up this STEPtember!
This September, I’m challenging myself to clock up 16,000 steps every day as part of STEPtember, raising funds to support children and babies living with cerebral palsy.
That’s a lot of steps over the month — but every one of them is for a worthwhile purpose.
The funds raised through STEPtember help give children and their families access to vital cerebral palsy therapy, equipment and support, including during the critical first 1,000 days of life.
So throughout September, I’ll be walking, running, hiking and moving to find every excuse I can to get those steps in — hopefully raising some money and awareness along the way.
If you’re able to support my challenge with a donation, big or small, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps make a difference and gives me a little extra motivation to keep moving towards that daily target!
16,000 steps a day. 30 days. 480,000 steps — all for a great cause.
Thanks for getting behind me. Now it’s time to get stepping!
