I'm taking on Steptember!
This month, I'm challenging myself to walk 10,000 steps every day as part of Steptember.
Some days will be easy. Some days will be a little tougher. But knowing I'm doing it for such an important cause, and having the support of family, friends, and colleagues, will make every step worthwhile.
