As an Exercise Physiologist, I spend my days helping others move better and feel stronger. This Steptember, I'm putting that into practice myself by taking on 10,000 steps a day for a whole month!
I'd love your support! Every donation helps ensure more babies receive critical therapy in their first 1,000 days of life, a window where early intervention makes a huge difference.
As someone who works in movement and rehabilitation, this cause means a lot to me. Helping a child build strength, mobility and independence early on can shape their whole life.
