Every Step Can Make a Difference 👟❤️

Movement has always been a big part of my life. Running, training, walking — I love challenging myself and seeing what my body can do. 

But this September, my steps have a little more meaning. 

I’m taking part in STEPtember with my team, Steps Without Borders — four people from four different corners of the world: Colombia, Malaysia, India and the Philippines— now stepping together for one cause. 

For me, this challenge is also a reminder that something as simple as being able to move freely is something we can easily take for granted.

Every walk, every run and every extra step this month is contributing to something bigger — supporting children and babies living with cerebral palsy and their families.

There will be plenty of steps, a little friendly competition and probably some tired legs along the way 😅, but knowing there is a purpose behind every kilometre makes it even more worthwhile.
