👟 I’m taking on Steptember and aiming for 10,000 steps a day for the month!
Steptember was created to raise awareness and funds to help babies and children living with cerebral palsy access critical therapy and support during their first 1,000 days of life, helping give them the best possible start and greater independence as they grow. 💙
For me, I’m also using Steptember as a bit of a personal challenge, getting outside, moving more and making some positive changes for myself along the way.
