I'm taking on Steptember! Will you please show your support?
Hi all!
My work has decided to do a big push for Steptember and I felt it was only fair for me to help out!
Given how much I walk, I thought that I'd better step it up this month (fair's fair), so I'm increasing my daily step target for September to 15k steps a day.
There are lots of calls on us all to help others at the moment and I know that money is tight, but if you can spare a little for a great cause, then please donate now to our Steptember fundraiser.
