Steptember! Moving making happiness!

I have been running for almost ten years now. I don’t run for achievements, medals, or personal records, and I wouldn’t even say that I run simply because I love it. I run because I find joy in it.
Running has become a simple way for me to step away from the stress and pressure of everyday work. After a busy day filled with deadlines, problems, and responsibilities, putting on my shoes and going for a run helps me clear my mind. For a while, I don’t have to think about work or anything else. I just move, breathe, and focus on the next step.
Of course, running also helps me stay healthy and physically stronger, but for me, it is about more than exercise. It is about finding happiness in something very simple.
It doesn’t have to be running, either. It can be walking, hiking, cycling, or any other basic physical activity. What matters is being able to move, disconnect from the daily pressure, and enjoy the moment.
After almost ten years, I’ve learned that I don’t need to be fast, run far, or achieve a certain result to enjoy it. Sometimes, simply putting one foot in front of the other is enough.
For me, running is not just about reaching the finish line. It is about finding a little bit of joy in every step along the way.
